The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £28k, rising to £32k after your first promotion (4-8months)
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 35%
- OTE in year one of £50k-£60k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building strong relationships with clients and keeping up to date with hiring requirements
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn – understanding their experience and what they want from a new role
- Connecting candidates and clients – scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, and managing feedback throughout the process
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Building an online presence and continuously building your personal network
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Background working in B2B sales OR a degree
- Confidence speaking on the phone and in person with a range of high-level clients
- Financial drive and desire to earn over a basic pay
- Naturally competitive
- High levels of emotional intelligence and empathy for your clients and candidates
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role
