Career progression for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary – 23.5k
- Year 1 – 30-40k
- Year 2 – 60-90k
- Year 3 – 100k+
New starts typically reach their first promotion within 12 weeks or less.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a client facing role alongside or after education (part-time, internships, placement year, full-time work etc.)
- Understanding of the recruitment industry
- Hard-working, with evidence of going above and beyond
- Naturally competitive with the drive to be the best you can be
- Financially motivated and looking to earn more than a basic salary
