Our client is on a mission to connect the world’s top companies with the best technology contractors!
Focusing on IT/Tech, SAP, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure in the high end German market they plan to expand into the rest of Europe within the next 2 years. This will present huge opportunities for graduates or people who really want to challenge themselves and grow.
Both founders were £1.5 million billers, building out teams in the past to average £500k billing teams!

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, hosting events etc.
- Attend and host specialist market events
- Build and nurture specialist market communities
- Be a brand ambassador for the business
- Be a key part of their current and future growth plans
What their looking for in their next Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- University educated and/or sales experience
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Competitive when working towards targets
- Tenacious, Driven and Hungry to Succeed
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
