Our clients based in central London are looking to onboard 4 graduates to their team as trainee recruitment consultants. Specialising within the life sciences sector, they have seen exceptional growth in their markets post-COVID, through increased funding and 50 million in investments.
The life sciences industry is constantly improving due to new enhancements and findings, demonstrating the financial potential it holds. There are vast amounts of opportunities available to specialise in your particular market, and it will be fully supported by the directors. They are happy to invest time and money into individuals who take initiative and have a vision for something.
The benefits you should expect: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary, increasing to £30k after 6 months
- The highest biller last year took home £78k in their first year!!
- £250 personal development fund – to help towards gym memberships, monthly subscriptions, etc.
- Uncapped commission structure, with the threshold going up to 45%!!
- Late start and early finish on Fridays
- Holiday incentives – previous trips include Sydney, Marbella, Ibiza, and Tignes (skiing)

What the role entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling clients/candidates, and dealing with the rejection that comes with that
- Producing advertisements for current roles that you are working on for your clients
- Client meetings to understand the desired characteristics they are looking for in a new hire
- Guiding candidates through the interview process providing support and advice
