The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

You will join the team as a Data & Analytics recruiter, and work with incredible clients across the globe. The training and support you will get here is completely unmatched to other firms out there. Furthermore as this is an international firm, you will also have the opportunity to travel and meet with clients across the globe. 30% of their work is done in the US, and another 20% in Asia.

The Benefits – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after passing probation (6 months)
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 40%
- Earning potential in year one of £55k, year two of £70k, and year three of £100k+

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Finding new clients through business development
- Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them to meet with your clients
- Being the middleman throughout the interviewing process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Consistently working to exceed targets set
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate OR background within sales
- Hardworking and resilient
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic pay
- Confident communicator both on and off the phone
