The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

If you’re looking to join a recruitment firm where you can really hit the ground running, this is the one for you. You will work alongside the top performer of the company, learning all the best ways to be successful directly from her mentorship.

You will specialise within the Quant Trading space, working with clients both in the UK and the US. As you learn the markets, and progress up the ladder, you will soon take on your own vertical within the space and start to build a team below you. To give you some context, others in the company have grown out their own team after being there for just 18 months, meaning your success will come quickly.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after you have passed your probation period
• Amazing commission structure seeing you earn over £50k in your first year

• Ability to work from home 2 days per week, although the office is open every day
• Excellent progression pathway, with your first promotion within 4-6 months, and hitting your Team Lead promotion within 2 years

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Connecting with hiring managers within the Quant field and learn about the roles they need filled
• Researching potential candidates for the role, and conducting outreach to get them interested in the role
• Managing the end-to-end interview process – booking meetings, passing on feedback, negotiating the best contract etc.
• Consistently updating the company database with past and present candidates
• Building an online presence whilst showcasing your own brand and building out your network

• Confident throwing yourself out of your comfort zone
• Desire to progress into a team lead role
