What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above, or strong A-Level results
- A proven work ethic with relevant experience
- Excellence in a field—be it sports, drama, music, or another passion
- Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking
- A self-starter who is motivated and goal-oriented
Your Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
After comprehensive training with a senior mentor, you’ll become a recruitment expert, responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying top candidates using our tools and resources
- Crafting and publishing engaging job adverts
- Headhunting top talent across multiple platforms
- Developing candidate market maps
- Scheduling and leading candidate meetings
- Generating and converting leads
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Creating and promoting your personal brand
