What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Recent Graduate: A degree in any subject.
- Proven Work Ethic: Demonstrated by previous work experience.
- High Achiever: Excelled in sports, drama, music, or any other area.
- Strong Communicator: Both written and verbal.
- Motivated Self-Starter: Goal-oriented and eager to succeed.
Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Learn from experienced mentors and become an expert in your field.
- Source and qualify top candidates using advanced tools and resources.
- Create and publish engaging job adverts.
- Head-hunt ‘A-grade’ candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct candidate meetings and manage interviews.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and develop your own brand.
- Work towards monthly targets and achieve your career goals.
