The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Working to place to top c-suite and board level individuals across the globe within the financial services field, this firm truly are experts in what they do. You will receive 1-1 mentorship from one of the founders of the business, offering you the support and tools needed to become successful as a researcher.
The firm operates globally, with offices in New York and Singapore, which also offers you the chance to work abroad after 2 years at the business.

The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
- Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months

- Quarterly bonus for achieving target, with full earning potential in year one of £45k

- Option to work from home 2 days per week once passed probation
- Flexible working hours if you work core hours (10am-4pm)
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays + 1 day for each years’ service + 4 extra days over Christmas period
The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Market research and mapping of clients and candidates
- Working closely with senior consultants to learn the process inside and out
- Speaking with top tier candidates and understanding their experience and wants
- Negotiating the best arrangement for your candidates upon offer
- Understanding client briefs to your best ability to effectively sell in opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in a corporate or client facing role
- A 2:1 or above in any discipline at university
- Evidence of success – this can be academia, sports, or any extra-curricular
- Confidence speaking with a range of high-level executives both on the phone and in person
- Ambition to grow a successful career for yourself
