- Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £32.5k after promotion
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%, seeing an OTE in year one of £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Meeting with clients on a regular basis and building strong relationships
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and advertising on job sites
- Interviewing candidates, setting up interviews with clients, and preparing candidates for interviews
- Collating feedback in a timely manner
- Building an online presence and creating relevant content for your market
- Handling any reservations and ensuring a smooth process for clients and candidates
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any area
- Experience working in a client-facing role is preferable but not essential
- Drive and ambition to build a long-standing career
- Articulate and not afraid to speak with a range of high-level stakeholders
- Financial drive and desire to earn well above your basic pay
