The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

If you enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity which offers a higher level of earning potential, and the chance to progress quickly into a managerial position, this is it. All consultants have earnt over £50k in their first year, with the top performers earning well over £60k.

Here you will specialise in finding senior management level engineers and partnering them with your clients across the UK and Europe. The firm already have long standing relationships with over 200 global clients, which offers you the chance to hit the ground running. On top of this, you are also able to build up your own client base, again offering the chance for excellent development.

The team place a huge value on collaboration, as can be seen through their training structure. This involves learning directly from the founders of the company, the senior management team, and taking part in seminars alongside other trainees. The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Starting salary of £25k, rising with each promotion (jumps up to £30k with first promotion)
• Uncapped commission structure scaling to 50%, seeing an OTE in year one of £50k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Winning new clients through business development
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting, advertising, networking, and using the company database
• Interview candidates, shortlisting them for roles, preparing for interviews, and managing the end-to-end process
• Negotiating the best package for your candidate and closing deals!
• Creating content relevant to your market and keeping your network up to date with market trends

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment – part-time, full-time, internship etc.
• Positive attitude and excellent problem solving skills
• Financial drive and want to earn over a basic salary
• Competitive mindset with the desire to be the best
