Who is THE COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

They developed an award-winning training programme spanning over 6-months, which has helped build a high-performing team of £500k+ billers (that means an earning potential of £150k!).

THE ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Business development – winning new clients through researching, cold-calling, and pitching your services
- Candidate sourcing – done through headhunting on LinkedIn, advertising, and speaking with your network
- Interview management – scheduling interviews, passing on feedback, and negotiating the best contract for your clients
- Building your online brand and creating content relevant to your network
What are THE REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
The requirements of the role are simple – have the right attitude and hunger to be successful in a sales role! Other desirable qualities include:
- Financial drive and desire to earn above a basic pay
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders over the phone and in person
- Motivation to progress rapidly in your role and build your own ‘business within a business’
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role (internships, part-time alongside education etc.)
