The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
With offices in London and Manchester, you will be a huge part of the growth of the company. Focusing within the Financial Services market, you will specialise within Investment Banking and Private Equity recruitment, which offers an incredible opportunity for growth, exposure, and earning!
The firm have won multiple awards over the past few years, for both the service they provide, and the way they treat their staff. You have full access to all consultants in the business, including the founders, which essentially is offering you 50+ years of knowledge on the market.

- Starting salary of £26k, rising with each promotion
- 4-week onboarding programme, with daily training sessions and on the job learning
- Opportunity to move to the US within 2 years to help scale their Austin office
- Uncapped commission with no threshold, rising to 45%
- Earning potential of £55k+ in your first year
- Career pathway laid out from day one, with everyone hitting their first promotion within 6-12 months

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and speaking with your network
- Interviewing candidates and preparing candidates for interviews with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process and ensuring feedback is returned within 24 hours
- Building your online brand and creating content relevant to your network
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any area
- Background in a sales or client facing role is ideal
- Evidence of success – e.g., academia, sports, art, drama, etc.
- Confident, can-do personality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
