Trainee Recruitment Consultant Day-to-Day
- From day one, you’ll be encouraged to cultivate relationships and business development skills via meetings, calls and written communication
- Generating new leads with new clients
- Sourcing new talent & regenerating lapsed relationships
- Developing skills through dedicated training, become an expert in your field
- Eventually manage your own client base and become a trusted advisor
- Work collaboratively with the team, as well as building your personal brand and working autonomously
- Network effectively, attend events and business trips across Europe
Requirements of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Graduate in any discipline 2:1 or higher
- OR relevant experience in recruitment, sales, lettings etc.
- Ability to demonstrate motivation for success, and a hardworking attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Genuinely ambitious, career-minded and determined
Desirable attributes
- German speaking (B2+)
- Previous recruitment or sales experience
