Here at RULE, we have the pleasure of working with a client that is on the hunt for 4 experienced recruitment consultants to join their team which will be remote. Established during the pandemic they are taking the revolution of working from home in their stride.

The benefits: Recruitment Consultant

• £32k base salary, with OTE £120K+ in your first year!! Flexible working hours
• Quarterly team meet-ups, all expenses paid – they previously went on a 4-night stay in Rome

The role would involve: Recruitment Consultant

• Understanding your market and building up strong relationships with candidates/clients
• Networking via LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to enhance your presence in the industry
• Support from start to finish during the interview processes with candidates, providing advice and information in regards to the roles
• Cold-calling potential clients/candidates, whilst being able to deal with the rejection that can happen as a result
