The company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Located in central London with international offices in Sydney, San Francisco and Frankfurt they’ve built out their international presence as they establish themselves as market leaders in the technological space. Specialising in the Software Development, Crypto and Cloud sectors they are constantly at the forefront of every technological advancement – with only more to follow there is no sign of their market demand slowing down.
Established in 2012 they currently sit at 40 heads but are looking to expand as they continue to surpass every goal they set out for themselves in the beginning. Every manager/director started in the company as a trainee and they are looking to continue this as they reward their staff for their commitment.

- £27.5k base salary which increases to £32.5k upon your first promotion – typically seen within the first 6 months of the role

The role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling potential candidates and clients whilst dealing with the rejection that may come from this /learning how to perfect your pitch
- Outreaching potential candidates via LinkedIn and also writing job ads.
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater understanding of their wants/needs whilst also focusing on building a relationship with them
- Being the middle person in between the candidate and client
- Gaining an in depth understanding of your markets and becoming an expert within that particular area
- Negotiating deals

- Hardworking and results driven individual
- Financially motivated – a real desire to earn big
- Competitive in nature – previous background in sport desired but not necessary
- Motivated, proactive and eager to get stuck in to the industry
