You’d be responsible for:- Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Cold-calling potential candidates and clients
• Identifying talent through phone calls and Linked-In for your clients
• Understanding the market you specialise in and grasping where there may be gaps
• Building a great rapport with clients

The ideal candidate for this role would be:
