The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Working across the Accounting and Finance markets, this search firm are absolute experts at what they do. They have grown to a headcount of over 50 consultants across their London and Chicago offices over the past 10 years. They have plans to keep growing and open another US based office which they are happy to sponsor people for if they wish.
You will sit on one of the smaller teams and be managed by the top performer in the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain as much exposure to not only the excessive client base, but also different methods of becoming successful within the industry.

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to fully understand their offering and hiring requirements
- Advising and consulting clients on market conditions and salary benchmarking
- Sourcing appropriate candidates through research and headhunting on LinkedIn
- Shortlisting candidates for your clients and setting up any further meetings between the two parties
- Working closely with your team to manage the interview process and any reservations either side may have
- Negotiating contracts with your clients and candidates so that both sides are happy
- Writing progress reports based on the feedback from both clients, candidates, and prospective candidates in order to consult your network appropriately and understand market trends
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Evidence of excelling in something – academia, work, sport, music, drama, art etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Long-term mindset and looking to build a successful career for yourself
- Confident and articulate speaking with a range of high-level stakeholders
