The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

An exceptional opportunity for someone to hit the ground running – exposure to multiple million pound billers who will provide you with their wisdom to replicate their success. You’ll be given an exceptional 12 week training programme with internal and external training to give you the best possible start within the industry. The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- £27k base salary with on target earnings in year 1 of £55k+!!
- Salary increase to £30k after 6 months in the company

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Cold calling potential candidates/clients to increase the amount of business and dealing with the rejection that can subsequently come from this
- Guiding potential candidates through the whole interview process, providing support and advice on the different stages, whilst taking feedback
- Networking via LinkedIn, phone calls etc.
- Production of advertisements to increase the flow of candidates into your pipeline
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Financially motivated – a real drive to make money!
- Competitive in nature – previous participation in sports highly sort after
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
- Hardworking and results driven
