The ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:
- Business development – researching, cold-calling, and winning new clients for your desk
- Candidate sourcing – headhunting on LinkedIn, advertising, networking, and using the company database
- Shortlisting candidates for your clients and scheduling interviews
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the interview process from start to finish and handling any reservations from both parties
- Negotiating contracts and making placements!
What are the REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- High levels of emotional intelligence and ability to form strong relationships with a range of individuals
- Financial drive and motivation to build a long-lasting career and progress with the business
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on the spot and perform well in high pressure situations
