What You Can Expect as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Your success in recruitment is directly tied to your sales performance, and the rewards reflect this.
- £25k basic salary with uncapped commission
- £50k+ 1st Year OTE
- Comprehensive, in-house mentoring and training
- Quarterly holiday incentives (for example, trips to Amsterdam, Dubai, skiing in Austria)

Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a Recruitment Consultant. Your daily tasks will include:
- Building and managing relationships between clients and candidates
- Writing job adverts
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Negotiating terms of business and maintaining successful client relationships
- Earning commission and celebrating your monthly successes
- Meeting and exceeding set targets
