Our client is a specialist technology recruitment agency with modern offices based in the heart of Shoreditch. This business takes a unique approach to recruiting, and values relationship-building above all else.
This company offers a fun but mature working environment, with no KPIs, and regular networking events. The business also runs quarterly round-ups with an early finish and team night out, as well as 4 holiday incentives a year… this years Presidents Club incentive is to Cancun!
The business was founded over 15 years ago, starting in a bedroom in Derby. They have now grown to 3 offices across the UK, and aim to double their headcount and move out to the USA in the coming years.

The Role:
- You will be working alongside your team to develop your knowledge on the technology industry
- Hosting regular networking events to chat with key players within your market
- Conduct business development
- Regular screening calls with candidates
- Hit and surpass targets in order to earn commission!
