Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Founded by two incredible recruiters with a combined total of 20 years in the SaaS recruitment space, this firm is aiming to become the most impressive recruitment firm in the sector. Since their inception in 2023, they have already grown to a profitable team of 7 and are looking to grow consistently over the next 5 years to reach a total headcount of 50.
The firm is split into two main areas – sales technology (developers, data, AI etc.) and C-level executives in the early stages of their ventures. This offers two avenues that you can specialise in, increasing your knowledge and expertise within the market.
The firm currently operates out of the UK, with a growing database of US clients and the plan to open a US office in the next two years. This offers the chance to relocate with the business and be one of the first on the ground in their international office!

- Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £32.5k after your first promotion (takes between 3-6 months)

The ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Cold-call businesses and win new exclusive clients
- Meet with clients to fully understand their offering and hiring requirements
- Source candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, speaking to your network, and using the company database
- Interview candidates, shortlist them for clients, prepare them for interviews, and provide feedback following interviews
- Handle objections and reservations, ensuring a smooth interview process
- Negotiate offers so your candidate receives the offer they are looking for
- Build an online presence and create relevant content for your network
The REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Background in sales or a commercial office role
- Financial drive and want to earn over a basic salary
- Motivation to build a successful career and progress quickly
- Confidence speaking with a range of individuals over the phone
- Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive outlook
