This business is in search of an experienced sales person (B2B, B2B, door to door, field sales etc.) to come onboard as a 360 recruitment consultant.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- You will be working alongside your team to develop your knowledge on the industry
- Hosting regular networking events to chat with key players within your market
- Collaborating with other teams to cross sell
- Mapping key players in the market
- Conduct business development
- Regular screening calls with candidates
- Hit and surpass targets in order to earn commission!
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Role
- Degree in any discipline OR sales experience
- Drive to succeed
- Clear examples of resilience and financial motivation
- Passion for sales and a competitive edge
