Trainee Recruitment Consultant – What the role involves:
- Get stuck into business development
- Consult clients and manage expectations
- Represent the company brand
- Headhunting and qualifying candidates
- Managing the whole candidate journey from initial call to offer stages
- Network building
Requirements:
- 12 months plus sales experience (door to door, car sales, B2B etc.) OR recent university graduate
- Financial drive
- Fluent English
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Ambitious personality!
