Who is the COMPANY you’ll work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

You will join the firm as a trainee, focusing on sourcing talent and building up your client base within the technology industry, particularly within the gaming space. You will work with companies such as EA, MADBOX, and ASTRID, showing how far they’ve scaled already.

You’ll have the chance to travel with your job, as a lot of clients will be hiring for their global offices (US and Europe)! The team put a huge emphasis on perfection, and so ensuring you have close relationships with your clients, and strong understandings of their offering, is essential.

• Starting salary of £25k, which rises with each promotion

YOUR ROLE as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

• Cold-calling potential clients and trying to win their business
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting, and using the company database
• Interviewing candidates and preparing them for meetings with your clients
• Managing both parties expectations and passing on feedback so all are up to date with the process
• Negotiating the best contract for your candidate and closing deals/earning commission
• Building an online brand on LinkedIn and posting relevant content to your network
