The Company – Executive Search Consultant
The placement of CFOs, directors, and CEOs isn’t a straightforward role, extensive research is needed to ensure the hire aligns with the company’s future projections. This means that market mapping and research within that particular sector are vital in ensuring the correct skills and experience for the role. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITATING COMPANIES SUCH AS MONZO, NATWEST, HSBC ETC.
You will shadow a consultant in order to learn the building blocks needed to excel within this incredibly rewarding industry at the beginning of your career. Individuals who are willing to put in the hard work to achieve their goals are highly sort after. A transparent career pathway is provided to facilitate your movement into managing your own team.

This role will provide you with:
- £30k base salary plus quarterly bonuses in relation to the company’s success. OTE in your first year can be expected to be £48k+
- Twice a year salary review

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
The first 16 months to two years of your career will be learning from experts within the field to understand how to develop your skills to aid their enhancement in regards to your role.
- Mapping your particular market, becoming an expert in the area whilst understanding all the terminology associated with the roles
- Conducting presentations to potential clients on the services you can provide and the results you can achieve
- Enhancing your client/candidate portfolio
- You will shadow a consultant to gain greater insight into the role
