The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Here you will be working with a tight-knit team to source the best quant traders and place them into global Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms. You’ll become a specialist in your field and become known as the go-to head-hunter in the area.
Your client base will consist of Funds such as Field Street Capital, Citadel, and Bridgewater, showing just how successful the team have been so far in building up their portfolio. You’ll also have the chance to visit different branches worldwide and see the world while you work!

- Starting salary of £28k-£35k depending on experience

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on hiring briefs with your clients to fully understand their offering
- Creating structured interview questions to ask potential candidates
- Mapping the Hedge Fund and Private Equity markets, sourcing up to 100 potential candidates for each mandate you work on
- Working closely with your team and your client to create a shortlist of the most impressive candidates
- Outreaching individuals and selling your clients opportunity to them
- Creating reports on the interview process and analysing data
- Pushing out relevant information online to advise and attract suitable client/candidate pools
The Ideal Candidate
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Ideally, you’ll have worked within the financial sector (internships/placement years etc.)
- Motivated to build a successful career and looking for longevity in your career
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Confidence liaising with a range of high level individuals
