The Role: Graduate Executive Search Consultant
Your Day-to-Day:
- Market Research & Mapping: Dive deep into the market, identify key potential candidates, and anticipate industry shifts.
- Candidate Research: Utilise diverse methods like databases and LinkedIn for comprehensive competitor analysis and strategic reporting.
- Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, understand specific requirements, and keep abreast of updates.
- Relationship Building: Develop lasting, trust-based relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Industry Expertise: Become a guru in your sector, staying ahead of market trends and industry insights.
- Business Development Support: Contribute to growing the business by supporting development processes.
- Candidate Support: Guide candidates through every step of their journey.
