The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- Screen candidate applications and qualify them for specific roles
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other outlet sources
- Build relationships with clients and candidates, understand their needs and deliver on them
- Identify future hiring needs and retain current talent
- Promote the business through example as a service for clients and candidates to use for their hiring needs
- Be an ambassador for them in the market!

Competencies and Skills Needed – Recruitment Consultant
- Proactive and able to work independently
- You will be working alongside industry experts with 15+ years of experience within the sector, and aiding them to win new business
- Sourcing candidates using various job boards, networking sites, and referrals
- Minimum of a 2:1 from a top 50 university
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team
- Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency
- Good attention to detail
