- Starting salary of £27k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 40%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building and maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, and networking
- Interviewing candidates and setting up meetings for them with your clients
- Being the middleman throughout the application process
- Negotiating contracts for your candidates and closing deals = making commission!
- Developing your network on LinkedIn and keeping up to date with market trends to advise your clients
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in a corporate setting, working with customers/clients, on the phone, working towards targets etc.
- Positive mindset with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and confident speaking with people on and off the phone
- Financial drive and looking to earn over a basic salary
- Ambitious, self-starter who is looking to build a long and successful career in the industry
