The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after your first promotion (takes between 6-12 months)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold-calling new businesses and bringing them on as clients
• Meeting with clients to fully understand their offering and hiring requirements, as well as maintaining excellent relationships
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, advertising, networking, and using the company database
• Interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for clients, preparing them for interviews, passing on feedback, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
• Building up your personal brand on LinkedIn and creating content relevant to your network

The Ideal Candidate 

• Recent graduate with a degree in any area
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, either part-time or full-time
• Naturally competitive – demonstrated through sports, debate, etc.
• Financially driven and wanting to earn over your base salary
• Confident speaking with a range of individuals with different personality types
