The role:
- Writing job adverts for various clients
- Initial screening calls with candidates and assessing their suitability for our roles
- Conducting video interviews with potential candidates
- Leading client calls and finding out about their hiring requirements
- Mapping the market
- Reaching out to passive candidates about new roles
- Conducting business development
- Being a team player and willing to go the extra mile for a colleague!
