Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
You’ll join a team of 35 successful recruiters who work across the FinTech space. All specialise within their own niche, meaning the team are all experts in what they do. You’ll come in as a specialist Software Development recruiter, working with some of the best Hedge Funds across the US and the UK as your clients.
Every consultant has come in and smashed their target, taking their first-year earnings to £50k-£70k! you’ll also have a clear route of progression to get you to manager position within just 2 years.
The company values are; collaboration, excellence, and relationships – meaning that you will get excellent support from those around you (from their intensive training programme and mentorship), and enter into already existing relationships with long-standing clients.

- Starting salary of £25k, rising with each promotion (senior consultant £30k, principal consultant £35k, etc.)

What will the ROLE look like as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Conducting business development to win new clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and fully understanding their offering
- Sourcing new candidates through headhunting and networking
- Manging the application process; scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, passing on feedback, negotiating salaries, closing deals, etc.
- Building an online presence to attract relevant candidates and clients
- Working towards your individual promotion targets and climbing the ladder!
