Our client – Recruitment Consultant
Our client aims to continually be the leading edge responsible recruitment company, whose people are passionate about being the best in their field for the benefit of themselves, their clients, candidates, and the environment.
This business is operating across the Dach, Nordic, UK and US regions.
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing new talent
- Regenerating lapsed candidate relationships
- Building relationships with new clients
- Business development
- Attending network events
- Managing the candidate through the interview process
- Developing job leads from your candidate network
Competencies and skills required for a Recruitment Consultant:
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Minimum of a 2:1 from a top 50 university
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team
- Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency
- Good attention to detail
