The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £65k+ – figure from average earnings for individuals in their first year between 2021-23

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Managing the full 360 process from start to finish
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients, onboarding new roles
- Attending client meetings, finding out the specific hiring needs, and building great relationships
- Researching your market and becoming an expert within your field
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building
- Hardworking and resilient – willing to go above and beyond

- Previous experience in a sales environment is highly sought after but not necessary
