The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This firm are looking for two ambitious individuals to join their team. You will be working on their FinTech desk, sourcing the best in-house Lawyers for firms across the globe. You’ll be joining the top-performer for the last 2 years running as her first trainee, which offers amazing opportunities for exposure and progression.
The 3 managers in the company all started as trainees just 2 years ago, meaning if you follow their lead, you’ll also have the chance to manage your own team in no time at all. The firm have recently expanded into the US market, and are looking to open an office in Europe in the next few years. This means, if you are interested in relocation, or even just travel for your job, they can definitely provide that here!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through cold-calling
- Attending client meetings and keeping up-to-date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates through networking and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and ensuring they are prepared for meetings with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interviewing process
- Negotiation of the best contract for your candidate
- Following up on any business leads for new clients or candidates
- Building your online presence to attract the right talent
- Consistently working towards individual targets set
The Ideal Candidate
- Background in a sales role is preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and driven to build a successful career
- Resilient nature
- Good teamwork skills
- Financial drive and desire to earn about a basic salary
