The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You’ll be working on the legal desk, placing top lawyers into FinTech firms across the UK and the US. The firm already have an extensive client base, you will hit the ground running and then progress to build out your own exclusive client list.
The firm are currently 20 heads big, having only been going for 3 years. The company value organic growth, therefore you will have access to continuous training and mentorship throughout your whole career to build on your skill-set and progress into a managerial position.

- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%
- Basic salary of £28k, with an OTE in year one of £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your client base through business development
- Maintaining excellent relationships with your clients
- Sourcing candidates through head-hunting, networking, as well as advertising
- Interviewing candidates and also preparing them for meetings with your clients
- Being the middleman throughout the process
- Negotiating the best salary package and contract for your candidate
- Continuously adding to your database with passive candidates
- Building your online brand and adding to your network
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – part-time, internship, etc.
- A competitive nature which can be demonstrated through sports, academics, debate etc.
- Financial drive and want to earn over a basic pay
- Driven to build and develop your skills in a long career
