The Good Stuff – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary at £25k, rising to £28k after 6 months
- Uncapped commission structure with no threshold, seeing you earn between £45k-£60k in your first year (based on previous consultants)
- Transparent progression pathway – receive your first promotion within 6-9 months after placing 6 candidates, reach a team leader position within 2-3 years
- Ongoing training throughout your career, following a 3-month structured onboarding process
- Annual holiday incentives – this year the team are off to Mexico!
- Quarterly competitions where the top 10 performers get an extra day off at the end of the month and go to Europe for a mini-break on the company card
- Dress down office, with ping pong table, beer and soft drink fridge, ‘break-out’ pods for meetings, rooftop terrace to work on in the summer and more!

The Day-to-Day – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Clients – bringing on new clients, attending client meetings
- Candidates – sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, advertising, and using the company database
- Interview management – scheduling meetings, preparing candidates for interviews, passing on feedback
- Negotiation – ensuring your candidate receives the right offer from your clients
- Brand – researching your markets and developing your knowledge to ensure credibility

- Naturally competitive – demonstrated through extracurricular activities
- Confident cold calling a range of individuals and pitching your services to them
- Financially motivated and looking to earn well above a basic salary
- Goal orientated with excellent organisation skills
- Proactive and willing to go above and beyond for your clients and candidates
