The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £25k, rising with each promotion (OTE in year one with commission is £50k)
- Ongoing training and development from the Academy Managers in the business, following on from a 3-month onboarding process
- Opportunity to travel and relocate to their international offices (Austin, Frankfurt, London, Cardiff)
- Industry leading commission structure rising to 35%, easily reachable in one month!

The Role
- Cold calling companies to pitch your services and win new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as fully understand their offering and requirements for new hires
- Source candidates throughout headhunting on LinkedIn, whilst understanding what it is that would make them consider a move
- Shortlist candidates to clients, and manage the whole interview process from start to contract negotiation
- Create your own online brand and create content relevant to your network
