The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for 4 ambitious graduates to join a highly successful recruitment firm covering the financial markets. Working across the Hedge Fund and Investment space, you will specialise within a chosen niche and quickly be on your way to being an expert within that area.
Business has been booming, and everyone in the firm has had their best month to date within 2024, showing how well they’ve bounced back from the economic crisis. They’ve expanded into the European and US markets, focusing on higher salaries and higher fees, meaning everyone has been performing higher, and earning more commission.
The Benefits – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £27k rising to £30k after 3/4 months at the business
- £500 bonus for each placement for your first 6 placements, and then you are promoted to consultant where you’re on the uncapped commission structure
- Realistic earnings in your first year are from £37k-£45k, which scales year on year
- Opportunity for relocation to the US as they are building out an office there
- Work from home on Fridays
- 28 days holiday + birthday off + office closure over Christmas and New Year
- Beautiful, shared office space in Victoria, with a ‘chill out’ area and café downstairs
- Chance to work alongside impressive recruiters where over half of the team are generating over £500k annually (top performer is an £800k biller)
- Weekly pub trips with the team – often on the company card!
The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling potential clients and candidates and pitching your services to them
- Attending client meetings to fully understand their offering and what their requirements for candidates are
- Guiding candidates through the interview process and ensuring they are prepared for who they are speaking to
- Creating relevant content to your target market and advising individuals on market trends and job opportunities
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- High levels of work ethic and the drive to be successful
- Confidence speaking on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Financial drive to earn over a base salary
- Sales experience is a huge plus but not essential
