- £26k base salary with an increase to £29k after 6 months

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Being in charge of the full 360 process from start to finish, guiding candidates through all the stages, whilst also providing guidance and support along the way
- Cold-calling potential candidates/clients, increasing your portfolio whilst also bringing on new roles
- Networking via LinkedIn, Events, and referrals, increasing your presence within the market
- Constant research into your particular niche, making sure you understand all the terminology and market trends
