The company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based in the heart of Central London, we are on the hunt for 10 individuals to join our team and receive our world class training. Specialising on the financial markets, especially hedge funds and asset management, you will be involved in the full process from candidates to clients. Working with the likes of D.E Shaw, Bridgewater Associates, Frank Truman and Lendinvest you will be up there with the biggest names in the industry, where your knowledge and expertise of the markets learnt throughout your career will be an incredibly valuable asset.

In a time where individuals aren’t correctly rewarded for their hard work and commitment, we will provide you with:
- £26k base salary, rising to £30k after 6 months!!
- On target earnings in your first year being £65k+

The role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Guide potential candidates through the whole process from start to finish
- Cold call potential candidates/clients as well as deal with the rejection that may come about as a result
- Attend client meetings, find out exactly what their hiring needs are and specifically build great relationships between them and yourself
- Production of advertisement to enhance applications for the particular job role, as well as undergoing outreach via LinkedIn, referrals and job boards
