The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the technology markets you will partner with organisations such as Monzo, Asos, and Octopus. Over the past 4 years, the firm has broken into the European market massively, and plan on opening a third office there, as well as a second office in the US (they already have offices in London, Austin, Berlin, and Switzerland).
Having quickly built to over 50 heads in the London office, they are looking for ambitious individuals who are wanting to break into new areas, relocate to new regions, or to come in and hit the ground running with the potential to earn as much as £65k in your first year (current record!).

- Uncapped commission structure on top on your base salary (£25k), seeing your OTE in year one exceed £50k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building out your own client base through business development
- Maintaining strong relationships with your clients through ongoing communication
- Headhunting candidates on LinkedIn and continuing conversations with the right individuals
- Shortlisting candidates for your clients, and preparing them for interviews
- Managing the interview process from initial meeting to offer stage
- Creating your own personal brand on LinkedIn and putting out relevant content to your network
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Strong work ethic with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to build a longstanding career
- Goal orientated and enjoy working towards targets
- A background in sales is ideal, but not essential
