Who is the Company you’ll work for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

What would my Role look like?
The day-to-day of recruitment is simple – you are:
- Winning new clients through business development
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting
- Interviewing candidates
- Managing the interview process between client and candidate
- Negotiating salaries
- And closing the deal
However, the nature of a sales role includes rejection handling and problem solving. You have to think on your feet and act fast to ensure the best for your client and candidate. To become the best at what you do, you must use your network, build relationships, and use your knowledge to manage a smooth process with the best end result!
What are the Requirements?
We are looking for people who are ambitious, driven, and genuinely looking to build a long-term career for themselves. Everything about the day-to-day of the role can be taught, but having the raw grit and determination for a sales role is essential!
