Specialising in the Fintech markets, the demand is only expected to increase. With 3 international offices located in Amsterdam, Sydney and San Francisco the opportunity to re-locate is there for those that desire – what’s not to love!!

- £27k base salary with OTE in year one of £55k!

The role
- Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way

- Hardworking and results driven individual – always wanting to go above and beyond
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
- Competitive background – can be in sport/hobbies/working environment
