The Opportunity
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and connecting exceptional candidates and technology businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment and gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise and contributing to the overall success of the team.
