Being one of the leading firms within its sector in London they are wanting to build up the next generation leaders, providing them with the guidance and support to reach senior positions in as little as 2 years.

- £26k base salary with on target earning in year 1 of £55k+!!
- Promotion typically seen after 6 months in the company- base increases to £30k!

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling- potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process- offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations
- Attending client meetings- visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth- Constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector
The ideal candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Strong academic background or previous sales experience
- Financially motivated- a real hunger to earn big
- Competitive in nature- prior participation in sports/a competitive hobby
- Resilient- the willingness to keep going when the going gets tough
- Career motivated- the want to rise through the ranks
