Recruitment Consultant – What they can offer you:
- Base salary 25 – 30K (DOE)
- Commission structure rising to 35% – Meaning you could be taking home up to 60k in your first year!
- Annual bonus
- Offices around the world – paid week in any global office after 4 years of service (New York, San Fransisco, Chicago)

Recruitment Consultant – What the role involves:
- Get stuck into business development
- Generate leads
- Represent the company brand
- Headhunting and qualifying candidates
- Managing the whole candidate journey from initial call to offer stages
- Network building
What they are looking for:
- 12 months plus sales experience OR recent university graduate
- Financial drive
- Fluent English
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Ambitious personality!
