Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

We are looking for a driven individual to join the eCommerce and Brand Marketing team at this growing business. They specialise in everything marketing, meaning they work with some of the most amazing brands across the world.

Joining this desk, you will be off to a running start. There are plentiful roles that need working on, meaning you won’t need to do BD, and can build your own relationships with existing clients. You will then be trained up in the 360 cycle, and eventually take over your own area within the marketing world.

Not only will your career be in good hands here, you will also have a lot of fun along the way! The company values collaboration and teamwork, meaning there are lots of opportunities to bond with the team outside of the office. What does the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT look like?

• Building an online brand and building out your network
• Meeting with clients to understand hiring priorities
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn as well as  networking, advertising, and searching the company database
• Managing the overall interview process – interview preparation, scheduling meetings, passing on feedback, and negotiating contracts
• Following any business leads – new clients or candidates on the market
• Working towards personal targets and earning commission!

REQUIRMENTS 

• Financial drive and an ambition to be successful
• Confident jumping into the role and getting on the phone with clients and candidates
• Positive attitude with excellent problem solving skills
